Class Descriptions:

Beginners:  The beginners class is to teach the basics of gymnastics in a group setting.  We focus on the fundamentals of gymnastics, also focusing on how to work well with other children and learning to listen to directions.  This class is for any age, boys and girls.  This class has a student to coach ratio of 7:1

Pre Team: The Pre Team gymnasts will work on skills that will prepare them for the competitive team at Premier Complex.  These gymnasts will work on passing out of their skill testing and moving onto building the base for competitive level routines.  This class has a student to coach ratio of 7:1 and most often will operate with two coaches and 14 students.

Fast Track to Team:  This class is offered in the spring to gymnasts from the PRETEAM class that want to be ready to compete in the fall for the MAGA circuit.  This class is taught by the upper level team coaches and is very focused on the WIAA rules for gymnastics through the NFHS.  You can find information on the rules at this website: www.nfhs.org  

Recreational Adult Gymnastics:  This class is for adults 18 and up to work on developing skills in gymnastics or relearning their old skills.  It will focus on strength conditioning to prepare the body for the skills in the beginning of the first month.  This class is a 3 month commitment.

AAU:  This is competitive gymnastics from March through August.  This class will expose the gymnast to the USAG rules and levels and includes National competition and traveling to meets around the USA.  This is invite only and includes levels 6, 7, 8, and Open Optional along with the EXCEL rules.

Team:  Premier Complex Team gymnastics runs from September through the end of March for season.  The gymnasts are required to read and sign AND FULFILL a team contract that talks about the expectations of the gymnast and the expectations for their season.  There is an attendance policy that we do adhere to and we believe that team is earned not only by skills by also by attitude and commitment. The team is only by coach recommendation or skill testing onto our team.  Premier is currently competing 34 gymnasts from level 10-3.  If you feel your gymnast may be interested in competing for Premier please email the gym directly for directions on starting that process.

Open Gym:  Supervised gym time with the option of the gymnasts working on skills they WANT to work on.
